Refund Policy for TechTriber by Utsama Technologies Pvt Ltd

At TechTriber, operated by Utsama Technologies Pvt Ltd, we are committed to providing quality digital content and resources. However, we understand that there may be instances where a refund is requested. Please read our refund policy carefully.

1. Digital Products (eBooks, Courses, Study Materials)

All sales of digital products (eBooks, video courses, and downloadable materials) are final and non-refundable.
Refunds will not be issued for digital products once they have been purchased and accessed.

2. Consultation Services

For our one-on-one consultation services (interview preparation, resume review, LinkedIn optimization), you may request a refund up to 24 hours before the scheduled session.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 24 hours of the session or for missed appointments.

3. Subscription Services

For any subscription-based services (such as premium memberships), refunds can be requested within 7 days of purchase, provided no services have been accessed or used. After the 7-day period or if services are accessed, refunds will not be processed.

4. Special Offers and Bundles

No refunds will be provided for promotional products, bundles, or discounted packages.

5. Payment Disputes

If you encounter any issues with your payment or believe a charge was made in error, please contact our support team at support@techtriber.com. We will work to resolve the issue promptly.

If refund request is approved your refund will be credited to original payment method provided at checkout time within 5-7 days.
